Most humans are able to function relatively well in life, but sometimes we want to do more than just function-- we want to thrive! That's where life coaching comes in. Being a human doesn't have to equal drudgery, misery, and resignation to whatever life hands you. Being human means embracing all of the experiences and emotions that come along with being alive in the world, but it also means being aware that you have power to create whatever you want out of your life and relationships. At Leah Allred Coaching, I will use effective, solution-based coaching tools, coupled with empathy and understanding, to help you develop emotional awareness, find internal motivation, and grow the confidence to overcome any challenge. I would also love to come and speak at your next school, church, or community event! Regardless if I am doing one-on-one coaching or speaking to a group, I am committed to being an advocate, mentor, and guide to help you create the results you want!
Anxiety and depression aren't as permanent as we think they are. They are secondary emotions that usually have an underlying emotional cause. They can be overcome and I can give you tools to gain awareness and power to manage them in healthy and productive ways.
Relationships are the food of life. When they are not healthy, we feel yucky! I can help you bring more love, peace, and connection to your relationships by teaching you how to manage your expectations, release emotional baggage, and let go of victim mentality.
My name is Leah Allred. I am from Portage, Michigan but have lived in Hefei, China, Chicago, Illinois, and most currently, Salt Lake City, Utah. I have been married for 23 years and have 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls. Life Coaching started to become a passion of mine after I joined a life coaching program myself. This program helped me make life-altering changes and create an abundance of positive results in my life. I have wanted to help others do the same ever since. I have a bachelor’s degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development from BYU and a master’s degree in Psychology with an Emphasis in Life Coaching from Grand Canyon University. I love to connect with others and help individuals see their value and potential. In my spare time I love to read, exercise, sing and act, watch movies, go on vacations, and spend time with my family.
